CATHEDRAL CITY - Timothy Bradley launched verbal attacks to lure Manny Pacquiao to the ring. Since won from Pacquiao via Split Decision in June, Bradley felt the need to assert a rematch.
The defeat of Pacman - nicknamed Pacquiao, along with the WBO Welter belt from Bradley, was still questioned by public. Bradley was restless about his winning because he was not considered as a real win by public.
Day after day, week after week, Bradley 'stubborn' invites Pacquiao to fight again. But until now, Pacquiao has not responded positively and even chose another opponent, Juan Manuel Márquez. Suddenly Bradley upset and called the Filipino boxer was cowardly because they chose an easier opponent.
"If Manny wants the fight again, let's do it. During this time the situation was like a circus. I have long waited for and wanted to fight back, but he's not decided yet, "snapped Bradley, as quoted FightHype, Thursday (11/10/2012).
"He did not seem to want to fight me again. Marquez was too easy. He knows that a fight with me in a fit condition, would make it hell, "said the boxer nicknamed The Desert Storm.
Bradley himself finally will be in the ring again to fight Lamont Peterson on Dec. 15. Bradley, who was still recovering from his foot injury, still craved for Pacquiao rematch. He promised to knock out Peterson.
"I can not believe it. Any champion who lost his title, would like to make it up ... but the origin of the public knows, Pacquiao, public favorite boxer number 1, do not care about his defeat, "said Bradley.
"He should make up for that loss because Tim Bradley beat him. In my eyes, he is a coward, coward, coward, coward! Maybe I'm too good for him, "said the note holders 29 wins (12 KOs) without defeat.
